Little Green Cars - Artist To Watch - April 2013

Little Green Cars has been attracting a significant amount of spotlight in the music scene. Hailing from Dublin, this five-piece group can attribute its rise in attention to its dynamic yet charming performance at SXSW. Equipped with invigorating vocals and exquisite lyrics, Little Green Cars offers unmatched unique and fresh musical style which has led them to XPN’s April Artist To Watch. Working with critically-acclaimed producer Markus Dravs (Arcade Fire, Coldplay, and Mumford and Sons), in order to perfect their debut album Absolute Zero (Glassnote Records), Little Green Cars is expected to exceed the expectations placed in them from the musical world.

Formed in 2008, holding on to a strong vision and passion for music, band members Stevie Appleby (vocals/guitar), Faye O’Rourke (vocals/guitar), Adam O’Regan (guitar, vocals), Donagh Seaver O’Leary (bass/vocals) and Dylan Lynch (drum/vocals) decided to flirt with numerous musical styles and eventually, share their talent with the world. Releasing highly irresistible tracks like "The John Wayne" and "Witching Hour," Little Green Cars reached a milestone signing a contract with the reputable Glassnote Records. Sharing the roster with notable acts like Childish Gambino and Mumford and Sons, the group is, hands down, advancing their recognition in the music scene at an exponential rate.
