Tickets go on sale May 1st to general public for 3-day festival on the Camden waterfront Friday, July 25 through Sunday, July 27
PHILADELPHIA (APRIL 17, 2014) – THE HOLD STEADY, LAKE STREET DIVE, RODRIGO Y GABRIELA and many more will join previously-announced artists RYAN ADAMS, JENNY LEWIS, DAWES, BECK, BAND OF HORSES and THE DISTRICTS for the three-day 2014 XPoNential Music Festival presented by Subaru taking place Friday, July 25 through Sunday, July 27 at Camden County, New Jersey’s Wiggins Park and Susquehanna Bank Center. The acclaimed annual music festival is organized and produced by WXPN, the nationally-recognized leader in Triple A (Adult Album Alternative) music and noncommercial radio service of the University of Pennsylvania, in partnership with Susquehanna Bank Center and the Camden County Board of Freeholders.
“The XPoNential Music Festival is always a musical summer centerpiece, and this year’s lineup wonderfully combines known XPN favorites with new bands that concertgoers are going to fall in love with,” said WXPN General Manager Roger LaMay.
As with previous years, the festival will showcase an exciting mix of performances by national, local, heritage and up-and-coming artists:

Starting today, April 17, new and renewing WXPN members who pledge $25 a month will receive two 3-day festival passes that include lawn admission to RYAN ADAMS/JENNY LEWIS/DAWES show at the Susquehanna Bank Center on Sat., July 26 and to BECK/BAND OF HORSES/THE DISTRICTS there on Sun., July 27, plus WXPN membership for a year that also includes free beverages and artist meet-and-greets during the XPoNential Music Festival. Pledges can be made by calling 1-800-565-WXPN or online.
Tickets will be available starting Thursday, May 1 for WXPN members and the general public, with these options:
-Through July 14, the 3-Day Go Everywhere Pass (includes lawn admission to Susquehanna Bank Center for RYAN ADAMS/JENNY LEWIS/DAWES on Sat., July 26 and BECK/BAND OF HORSES/THE DISTRICTS on Sun., July 27) will be $60 each for WXPN members, and $120 each for the general public. Beginning July 15, the price will be $70 each for WXPN members and $140 each for general public.
-Through July 14, the 3-Day Wiggins & Garden Pass (does not include access to Susquehanna Bank Center shows on July 26 & July 27) will be $45 each for WXPN members, and $90 each for the general public. Beginning July 15, the price will be $55 each for WXPN members, and $110 each for general public.
-Starting on July 15, the 1-Day Wiggins & Garden Pass will cost $30 each for WXPN members and $60 each for the general public, pending availability (does not include access to Susquehanna Bank Center shows on Sat., July 26 and Sun., July 27).
-A 1-Day Kids Pass for kids ages 2 through 12 will be available in advance online and at the festival gate box office for $5 each.
-Tickets for reserved seats for the Susquehanna Bank Center shows on Sat., July 26 with RYAN ADAMS/ JENNY LEWIS/DAWES and on Sun., July 27 with BECK/BAND OF HORSES/THE DISTRICTS are available now at LiveNation.com and do not include access to Wiggins Park shows and activities.
ABOUT THE XPONENTIAL MUSIC FESTIVAL Now in its 10th year at Wiggins Park and its third year at the adjacent Susquehanna Bank Center, the 2014 XPoNential Music Festival presented by Subaru features a lineup of established and up-and-coming artists as heard on the award-winning Philadelphia public radio station WXPN 88.5 FM.
Wiggins Park is located on the Camden, NJ waterfront, between the Adventure Aquarium and the Susquehanna Bank Center, and features a promenade along the Delaware River with spectacular views of the river and Philadelphia skyline, a natural amphitheatre for great sound, easy access to public transportation, lush open green spaces and the nearby Adventure Aquarium. WXPN offers a variety of family-friendly activities throughout the festival, and food and craft vendors provide sustenance and enhance the festival atmosphere.
Festival gates will open at 5 pm on Fri., July 25 and at 11:30 am on Sat., July 26 and Sun., July 27. The Kids Corner area in the Children’s Garden at Wiggins Park will be open on Sat., July 26 and Sun., July 27 from 11:30 am to 6 pm.
